Cindy Edwards
President
Cindy brings 40 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Her credentials include journeyman carpenter, certified building analyst, and is a few months away from making the 20-year mark as a construction business operator. As a California central coast native, Cindy is excited to introduce “Aero Barrier” technology to Central California by providing simple, affordable, Net zero building technology and carbon reach solutions for today to create sustainability for tomorrow.
Jesse Kinsell
Operations Manager
Jesse is a certified building analyst and understands the science behind what we do. He comes from a background of small business management and ownership and is dedicated to getting the job done right and on time. Outside of the company he serves as a commissioned Army Reserve officer.
Patty Haaker
Office Manager
Patty has over 20 years of office management experience. She keeps Efficiency First Solutions moving forward and always going the extra mile to find ways to improve systems and processes so we can do what we do best!
Chelsea Goetsch
Field Energy Specialist
Chelsea has spent the last three years apprenticing in the field, performing energy efficiency upgrades. This training has allowed her to learn and develop the attention to detail required to drill down on the best-field-tested methods for improving energy efficiency. The proof is in the test out!

Darius is the “can do” boots on the ground that rounds out the energy team with a smile and lots of determination to get things done!
